May 12, 2005 - 20th Century Fox Wants Final Replies?

We recieved some possible news on the status of X3, from scooper 'B.'A. We could not get a solid confirmation on this news as of this time, but it seems to be based off of a general idea. Stay tuned for possible confirmations on this in the future:

"The movement to cast this movie has started to heat up this  week. The studio wants this movie ready to film by the close of the summer and now the calls for the actors to return are going to be more on  "We need your answer, Are you coming back for X3?"  No more wait and  see.  No more long drawn out talk.  If Berry and Marsden say "No, I can  not give you a straight reply", then the parts of Storm and Cyclops will  be recast." says the scooper.

"This is a big movie for Fox, and up till now, the studio  has been very patient with how pre-production has been going along.  But  now Time is money.  They need to start working on this movie right now  if it will make it's Summer, 2006 release date.  Matthew Vaughn has  been working over-time to meet all the deadlines as well as the rest of  the production staff have been doing.  But now the time is for the actors  to give their replies.  Expect some more announcements soon on who will  be returning and which parts might be recast."
